OBSERVATION :
Very early version of the "C" lock made out of a copper looking finish steel. It has only been observed on the first version of the Mitchell 308. Never seen on 358 or 408. Probably used until the end of 1963.

OBSERVATION :
This part has never been modified after the copper test one was changed. It was used on all the models of the 308 series before the Side Plate became plastic.
