TRIP LEVER

1 - ARTICULATED TRIP LEVER.

REFERENCE : 81296. 

OBSERVATION :

First version of the trip lever. It hasn't been observe on 408 nor 358 (or has it?). It is made of 2 articulate pieces. The extremity on which the bail lay is bended in a simple way.

2 - ARTICULATED REINFORCED TRIP LEVER.

REFERENCE : 81296. 

OBSERVATION :

This is the second version of the trip lever. It is still made of two elements articulated. It has been structurally reinforced by a more complex bending. 

Used on most of the Midnight-blue 408 versions.

3 - SINGLE PIECE TRIP LEVER.

REFERENCE : 81296.

OBSERVATION :

The production of the tip lever is simplified. It is made of on single bended piece of steel.

The finition is lightly gun-smoked. Used during a very short period of time.

4 - SINGLE PIECE LIGHTENED TRIP LEVER.

REFERENCE : 81296.

OBSERVATION :

The third version is lightened : two holes are added. This version will be probably used on all the U.L. models made in France after 1975 (including Browning an Mitchell Sports ones). The bend has been highly re-adjusted.

5 - TAIWANESE TRIP LEVER.

REFERENCE : 81296.

OBSERVATION :

This last version of the Trip Lever (similar to the second version one) equipped the last Mitchell 408 version (made in Taiwan). The finition is mate gunsmoke.
